Product Configuration
The silicone heater pad is a flexible and bendable film-type electric heating element, also commonly referred to as silicone heating film or silicone electric heating mat. The silicone rubber heater pad is made with a silicon rubber outer layer as the insulation protection material, and an embedded metal heating core. It is a widely used flexible heating device in industrial and civilian fields. Its core feature is the ability to closely adhere to various curved or flat object surfaces, achieving efficient and uniform contact heating.
Core structure (from inside to outside)
1. Heating core: Mainly copper foil / aluminum foil etched circuits, nickel-chromium alloy wires, with stable resistance values, and uniform heating after power-on, which is the heat generation core;
2. Insulation layer: Double-layer high-temperature industrial silicone rubber on the top and bottom, with a thickness of generally 0.3-1.5mm, featuring waterproof, oil-proof, anti-aging, and resistance to high and low temperatures;
3. Leads: High-temperature silicone wires, combined with metal terminals / aviation plugs, facilitating circuit connection, and some may be treated with waterproof sealing;
4. Accessories (optional): Back adhesive (3M high-temperature adhesive), installation holes, temperature sensor (NTC), temperature control switch, suitable for different installation and temperature control requirements.

3. Efficient and uniform heating: Surface heating, heat conversion efficiency ≥ 95%, uniform temperature distribution, no local overheating, fast heating speed;
4. Thin and compact: Thin thickness (overall 1-3mm), light weight, small space occupation, silicone heater pad can be installed in narrow equipment interiors;
5. Highly customizable: silicone heater pad can be customized to any size, shape, rated voltage (12V/24V low voltage to 220V/380V high voltage), power density, and can integrate temperature control and sensors.

The silicone heater pad, due to its flexibility and customization features, is suitable for various needs such as equipment heating, local heating, low-temperature anti-freezing, and constant temperature insulation. Common applications include:
