Silicone Rubber Crankcase Heater Band is a professional industrial heating accessory specially developed for preheating and anti-freezing protection of compressor crankcases, engine crankcases, hydraulic pump housings and other cylindrical equipment. The crankcase heater is mainly used to solve the problems of difficult startup, internal parts damage, oil condensation and poor operation of compressors and mechanical equipment caused by low temperature environments in winter or cold areas.
Adopting high-quality silicone rubber as the outer protective layer, with built-in high-performance resistance heating core and high-temperature insulation layer, this heater band features soft texture, good flexibility, and can be tightly wrapped around the surface of crankcases and cylinders of various sizes. The crankcase heater band provides uniform and stable low-power heating, raises the temperature of equipment shells and internal lubricating oil quickly, ensures smooth startup of equipment in low-temperature environments, and prolongs the service life of precision components.
With excellent waterproof, oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant properties, it is suitable for long-term use in harsh industrial environments, fully compliant with international electrical safety standards, and is widely used in refrigeration compressors, air conditioning compressors, hydraulic systems, small engine crankcases and other mechanical equipment.
