Integrated with the freezer’s control system, the defrost heater for walk in freezer activates automatically when frost reaches the preset thickness: the internal heating wire converts electricity to uniform heat, melting frost rapidly; melted water drains via the guide system to avoid secondary icing. The defrost heater shuts off automatically once defrosting is complete, reducing compressor load and cutting energy consumption.Ideal for commercial cold storage, logistics distribution centers, and food processing facilities, the defrost heater tube is a reliable guarantee for efficient cold chain operation.
In addition, the tubular defrost heater for unit cooler is highly flexible in design to meet the requirements of different models of cold air blowers. It has various interface forms, including straight single-tube, A-A type (double straight tubes), and U-shaped tubes, with lengths ranging from 0.64 meters to 3.35 meters. The unit cooler defrost heater tube diverse design enables the defrosting heater to be easily adapted to various specifications of cold air blowers, such as the common DD15/DD30(40) and DD60 series unit cooler.
