Our Drain Pipe Defrost Heater Wire is a professional heating accessory dedicated to solving the problem of ice blockage and water backflow in drain pipes of refrigeration, air conditioning and cold storage equipment. In low-temperature environments, the condensed water in the drain pipe of refrigerators, freezers and cold storage is easy to freeze and block, leading to water leakage, equipment failure and increased energy consumption. This heating wire provides continuous and mild uniform heating for the drain pipe, quickly melting frost and ice, ensuring unobstructed drainage, and effectively protecting the normal operation of refrigeration equipment.
Adopting high-purity nickel-chromium alloy heating core and outer protective layer of glass fiber braided/silicone rubber, the freezer drain heater has excellent waterproof, anti-corrosion and low-temperature resistance, and can work stably in the harsh environment of -60℃ ~ 250℃. The defrost drain heater line features ultra-flexible design, can be freely cut and wrapped according to the length and shape of the drain pipe, and is equipped with fixed accessories for easy installation without professional tools. The power of freezer drain heater is 40W/M,we can also be made other powers,such as 20W/M,50W/M,etc.And the length of drain pipe heater have 0.5M,1M,2M,3M,4M,etc.The longest can be made 20M. The package of drain line heater is one heater with one transplant bag,customized bag quantity at list more than 500pcs for each length. Jingwei heater is also producing the constant power drain line heater,the heating cable length can be cut by yourself,the power can be customized 20W/M,30W/M,40W/M,50W/M,etc. |

Precautions for Installation And Use
1. Choose the right model:
● Select the appropriate heating belt according to the length, diameter and ambient temperature of the drain pipe.
2. Correct installation:
● Wrap the heating belt tightly around the surface of the drain pipe to ensure even heating.
● Use high temperature resistant tape or cable tie to fix, avoid loosening.
3. Waterproof and moisture-proof:
● Make sure the joints of the heating belt are well sealed to avoid water.
4. Temperature control:
● If you need accurate temperature control, you can use it with the thermostat.
