Short Description:

The finned heater is a specialized component for efficient air heating. It is made by winding high-frequency welded fins on stainless steel 304 pipes and incorporating a Cr20Ni80 nickel-chromium heating core, along with modified magnesium oxide insulation filling. The heat dissipation area is increased by 3 to 5 times. The finned heater features rapid heating, high thermal efficiency, resistance to dry burning and corrosion. It is suitable for air heating in equipment such as ovens, heaters and air conditioners. It can be customized in straight, U-shaped or irregular forms. It is available in voltages of 110V, 220V and 380V. It is certified with CE/ROHS and has a long service life.

The Finned Heater Element is a dedicated core component for forced convection air heating. It is specifically designed for dry air heating scenarios. By welding high-density fins on the outer wall of the metal heating tube, the original surface heat dissipation of the tube is transformed into large-area heat dissipation through the fins. The heat dissipation area is increased by 3 to 5 times compared to the ordinary straight-type heating tube, significantly improving the heat exchange efficiency, enabling rapid heating and uniform temperature control, and addressing the pain points of low air heating efficiency and slow heating speed of ordinary heating tubes. 

The finned heater element core is made of SUS304/316 stainless steel tubes as the base material. It is equipped with a Cr20Ni80 nickel-chromium alloy heating core, and the tube is filled with high-density, high-temperature-resistant modified magnesium oxide powder. The insulation and heat insulation performance is excellent. The fins are made of stainless steel strips and are seamlessly combined with the tube body through a high-frequency welding process. The welding is firm and does not fall off, and it can withstand high temperatures without deforming. It can work stably in dry heating and forced convection environments for a long time. The finned heater element has the characteristics of being resistant to dry heating, corrosion-resistant, anti-oxidation, and having low thermal inertia.

The finned heater element supports various structural customization such as straight type, U type, W type and irregular type. The pipe diameter, fin spacing and power can be adjusted according to the equipment space and heating requirements. It is compatible with 110V/220V single-phase and 380V three-phase voltages. It can be used individually or combined into a heating module. The finned heater element is widely used in air heating scenarios such as industrial ovens, HVAC, and food drying. It is easy to install and can be adapted to the air ducts and heating cavities of various equipment. It is CE/ROHS certified and has a service life of ≥ 12,000 hours under normal use.
