The cast aluminum heating plate of the heat transfer machine is an integrated heating component made of die-cast aluminum as the main base material, with heating tubes embedded inside.
The aluminum heating plate is the core heating unit of the heat transfer machine. Compared to ordinary aluminum foil heater plates, it has better thermal conductivity stability, high-temperature resistance and durability. The main function of the heat transfer machine aluminum heating plate is to provide stable and uniform high temperature and pressure, accurately transferring and shaping the patterns, texts, etc. on the transfer paper onto the surface of various substrates, achieving a firm transfer and shaping of the patterns.
● Heating element: Iron-chromium-aluminum wire electric heating tube, with a surface load of 2.5 to 4.5 W/cm², ensuring efficient heat generation;
● Shell: Cast from national standard aluminum ingots, with uniform heat conduction and corrosion resistance;
● Temperature control system: Some models are equipped with temperature measurement holes and temperature controllers, allowing for precise temperature adjustment and preventing overheating.

Features
Provide stable high temperature
The heating plate of the heat transfer machine generates high temperature through the built-in heating elements (usually heating tubes ), and the temperature range can be adjusted within 0–250℃ to meet the requirements of different transfer materials.
The role of high temperature is to melt and sublimate the heat transfer ink on the transfer paper, and penetrate into the fibers or coatings of the substrate, providing the necessary thermal conditions for the transfer of the pattern.
Ensure uniform heating
High-quality heat transfer machine aluminum heating plates are mostly made of aluminum alloy, which has good heat conductivity and uniform heat dissipation, ensuring that the temperature of each area of the plate surface is consistent.
Uniform temperature can avoid problems such as local blurring, color fading, and incomplete transfer of the pattern, and ensure the consistency of the transfer effect.
Complete shaping with pressure
When the heat transfer machine is working, the aluminum heating plate will apply a stable downward pressure, making the transfer paper closely adhere to the substrate.
The role of pressure is to allow the melted ink to better adhere to the surface of the substrate, improve the adhesion of the pattern, and prevent problems such as warping and detachment.
