Key features: SUS304/316L stainless steel tubes, Cr20Ni80/0Cr25Al5 heating core, high-density modified magnesium oxide insulation, precision integrated bending molding, no welding seams, and high structural stability.
The standard specifications of U-shaped heating tubes cover pipe diameters of Φ6.5 to Φ10.7 millimeters, single-arm lengths of 100 to 2000 millimeters, U-shaped opening widths of 50 to 500mm, rated voltages of 110V/220V/380V, single-unit power ranging from 100W to 5000W, suitable for dry air heating and liquid (water/oil/chemical medium) heating. We support customizing non-standard U-shaped opening widths, tube materials, power, lead wire lengths, and installation brackets, as well as explosion-proof/IP68 waterproof designs for special scenarios.
