Product Configuration
Cast Aluminum Hot Plate is the core heating component dedicated for flatbed heat press machines and heat transfer equipment, designed to deliver stable, uniform and efficient heating for T-shirt printing, fabric transfer, banner pressing and various heat transfer applications. Adopting high-purity ADC12/YL113 aluminum alloy and premium nickel-chromium alloy heating tubes, it is manufactured via one-piece integrated die-casting process, realizing seamless combination of heating tube and aluminum base.
The aluminum heating plate features minimal surface temperature difference, no local hot spots, high thermal efficiency and excellent structural stability. The surface is treated with high-temperature Teflon non-stick coating, which is anti-adhesive, wear-resistant and easy to clean. Aluminum hot plate for heat press machine maintains flatness and no deformation even under long-term high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions, ensuring clear, color-consistent and edge-perfect heat transfer patterns, making it the ideal replacement part and core component for manual, pneumatic and industrial heat presses.

- Integrated Die-Casting Structure: Aluminum hot plate adopts high-pressure gravity integrated casting technology, heating tube is fully embedded and sealed inside the aluminum plate, no gaps, fast heat conduction, long service life and avoids the defects of poor heating uniformity in post-attached heating tubes.
- Ultra-Uniform Heating Performance: Precision heating tube arrangement and optimized aluminum alloy formulation ensure surface temperature difference controlled within ±2~5℃, eliminating pattern color difference, edge burning or incomplete transfer in heat transfer work.
- High Temp Resistance & Non-Deformation: Thickened solid aluminum base (standard 20-25mm), high strength and good rigidity, no warping, no bending under long-term 0-260℃ high temperature and pressing pressure, stable performance for continuous batch operation.
- Teflon Non-Stick Coating: Food-grade high-temperature resistant Teflon coating on the surface, smooth and flat, effectively prevents ink, glue and fabric adhesion, easy to clean and maintain, extends the service life of the heating plate.
- High Safety & Insulation: Double insulation treatment, insulation resistance ≥50MΩ, withstand voltage up to 1500V, built-in overload protection design, compliant with CE and ROHS certifications, no leakage risk, safe for long-term industrial use.
