I. Introduction of annealing process:
Annealing is a metal heat treatment process, which refers to the metal is slowly heated to a certain temperature, maintained for enough time, and then cooled at a suitable speed, sometimes natural cooling, sometimes controlled speed cooling heat treatment method.
2. Purpose of annealing:
1. Reduce the hardness, soften the workpiece, improve the machinability.
2. Improve or eliminate various organizational defects and residual stresses caused by iron and steel in the process of casting, forging, rolling and welding, and reduce the workpiece deformation, cracking or cracking tendency.
3. Refine the grain, improve the organization to improve the mechanical properties of the workpiece, eliminate the organization defects.
4. Uniform material structure and composition, improve material properties or prepare the organization for later heat treatment, such as annealing and tempering.
3. Annealing for the defrost heater
Many customer imported the annealed straight defrost heating tube and other straight oven heating tube from our factory,then they can bend the any shape by themselves to meet the requirements of local customers.
In the actual production, the annealing process is widely used, according to the workpiece requirements of the purpose of annealing, annealing heat treatment has a variety of processes, commonly used are complete annealing, spheroidizing annealing, stress relief annealing and so on.
