Product Configuration
The aluminum foil heater is a planar electric heating element that encapsulates an electric heating wire (such as a silicone rubber heating wire or PVC heating wire) between layers of aluminum foil. The aluminum foil heater plate is widely used in scenarios where uniform and thin heating is required. Its working principle is as follows: Current passes through the heating wire to generate heat, and this heat is rapidly and evenly distributed to the entire surface through the highly conductive aluminum foil.
Fixing of electric heating elements: The electric heating elements must be fixed on the aluminum foil according to the designed circuit (usually in a serpentine arrangement). This is mainly done through two methods:
1. Hot melt fixation: Using specialized equipment, the electric heating wire is directly heated to a high temperature and fused onto the single-layer aluminum foil, or it is bonded onto the aluminum foil using a bonding agent.
2. Interlayer bonding: Place the electric heating elements according to the design diagram on the bottom layer of aluminum foil, apply the high-temperature-resistant and highly adhesive hot melt adhesive specially developed for aluminum foil heaters, and then cover the upper layer of aluminum foil. The structure is then solidified through heat pressing.
