Core Structure & Working Principle
Core Structure
1. Hexagonal Flange: Carbon steel/stainless steel integrated forming, standard size, with high-temperature resistant silicone rubber sealing gasket, leak-proof and firm.
2. Heating Tube Body: 304 stainless steel seamless tube, food-grade, no heavy metal precipitation, corrosion and scale resistant.
3. Heating Element: Ni-Cr alloy (Cr20Ni80) heating wire, high power, fast heating, oxidation resistant.
4. Insulation Medium: High-density crystalline magnesium oxide powder, good thermal conductivity, high insulation grade, anti-dry burning.
5. Lead Wire & Terminal: High-temperature resistant silicone wire, copper core terminal, anti-oxidation, firm wiring, anti-leakage.
Working Principle
After the flange immersion heating element is installed on the water heater liner through the hexagonal flange (the tube body is completely immersed in water), the power is turned on, and the Ni-Cr alloy heating wire generates heat rapidly. The heat is transferred to the water through the stainless steel tube body by heat conduction, realizing the rapid heating of the water body. The whole process has no open fire, high heat conversion efficiency, and the insulation structure ensures electrical safety without leakage.
Install Way
Side mounting: install the side opening at a certain distance from the water tank to thebottom.
Top mounting: opening at the bottom or top of the water tank for installation, or hanging atthe top.
