Product Configuration
The silicone rubber oil heating pad is an electric heating device specifically designed for heating oil drums, storage tanks or chemical containers. The silicone rubber heating pad is mainly used to prevent oil products (such as lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, asphalt, chemical raw materials, etc.) from solidifying or increasing in viscosity in low-temperature environments, ensuring the fluidity of the oil and facilitating its transportation and use.
Silicone rubber oil heating pads are made of high-temperature resistant silicone rubber, with nickel-chromium alloy heating wires or metal heating film circuits embedded inside, and the outer layer is wrapped with glass fiber cloth to enhance insulation and mechanical strength. The silicone rubber heater pad feature flexibility, allowing bending, ultra-thinness and lightness (1.5mm thick, 1.3-1.9kg/m² in weight), as well as rapid and uniform heating. Silicone rubber heating pads can be made into any shape, including three-dimensional ones, and various openings can be reserved for convenient installation.
