Its main purpose is to prevent gas cylinders from experiencing flow impairment or supply interruption due to pressure drop, gas liquefaction, or freezing in low-temperature conditions.
The silicone rubber heater heating element mainly enables the liquid and solidified substances in the bucket to be easily removed. For instance, the adhesives, oils, asphalt, paints, paraffin, oils and various resin raw materials in the bucket can be made to have their viscosity reduced uniformly through the heating of the bucket body, thereby reducing the workload of the pump. Therefore, the silicone rubber heating pad is not affected by the seasons and can be used all year round. The silicone heater pad is equipped with a temperature controller, allowing for temperature adjustment. It is easy to install, energy-saving and safe. 1. Working temperature range: approximately -60°C to 250°C, depending on the product specifications.
2. Power selection: varies greatly depending on the size of the cylinder, ranging from several watts to several thousand watts. For example, the power of the silicone rubber heating pad for a 15kg cylinder is approximately 250W - 300W, while that for a 200L large-capacity cylinder can reach 2000W.
3. Size selection: choose the size of the silicone rubber heating pad based on the circumference of the cylinder. Options include 250*1740mm, 200*860mm, 125*1740mm, 150*1740mm, etc.
