Product Configuration
The silicone rubber heater with controller is equipped with high-purity nickel-chromium alloy resistance wires (with a purity of ≥ 99.9%) and an automated precision winding machine. The wires are arranged at equal intervals and the winding tolerance is ±0.1mm, ensuring uniform power output. The wires are completely encapsulated in high-temperature-resistant silicone rubber and are paired with a glass fiber woven insulation layer. It has excellent flexibility and is resistant to large-angle bending. It will not break even after repeated bending and can be adapted to irregular surfaces such as curved pipes and irregular cavities. This process has a higher cost-effectiveness and silicone rubber heater is suitable for high-pressure, high-power, and large-area heating scenarios, such as preheating of industrial equipment, pipe anti-freezing, and heating of household appliances.
One of the major features of the silicone rubber heater mat for battery is its flexibility, allowing it to be easily bent to fit various shaped surfaces. Additionally, silicone rubber heater is very thin and light, with a thickness of only 1.5mm and a weight of 1.3 to 1.9 kg per square meter, making it convenient to carry and install. Due to silicone rubber heater for battery heating ultra-thin design and uniform heating characteristics, the silicone rubber heater can quickly and efficiently provide the required temperature support for oil products, avoiding operational difficulties caused by insufficient temperature.

- Ultra-thin and highly flexible
The overall thickness is strictly controlled within 0.8mm - 1.5mm (some models silicone rubber heaters are as thin as 0.5mm), with a bending radius as low as 8R - 10R (R = thickness of the heating sheet). The silicone rubber heater with controller can seamlessly fit onto flat surfaces, curved surfaces and irregular surfaces. After 10,000 bends, it remains undamaged and unbroken, and is suitable for complex installation spaces.
- Wide temperature adaptability
The silicone rubber heater with controller uses self-developed high-temperature-resistant silicone, which can operate stably within an extremely wide temperature range of -62℃ to 250℃ (200℃ can be used continuously). Silicone rubber heater pad can withstand more than 500 high and low temperature impacts (-50℃ to 200℃) without aging or deformation, and its performance far exceeds that of ordinary silicone heating mats.
- High efficiency and energy saving
The thermal conversion efficiency is over 95%; an optional self-adjusting version is available, which can automatically adjust the heat output according to the ambient temperature and only heats when necessary, saving 30% energy compared to traditional heating elements. The low power density design (0.5W/cm² - 2.0W/cm²) ensures stable heating and eliminates local overheating.
- Full-dimensional customization
Silicone rubber heater supports customization for shape (circular, triangular, irregular), size, power (3W - 500W), voltage (1V - 600V AC/DC), and heating process (etching/winding); additional customizable features include high-temperature 3M adhesive, wire welding, reserved installation holes, etc., to meet various personalized requirements.
- Easy installation, low maintenance cost
Silicone rubber heater mat can be installed using adhesive, fasteners or binding methods, without the need for complex renovations, significantly reducing installation time and lowering labor costs. Once installed, no regular maintenance is required. The service life exceeds 10,000 hours and comes with a 1 year warranty.
