1. Different structure
The structure of the series constant power electric heating belt is that the electric positive wire is connected in series, and the pipeline is heated by the electric positive wire when working. The structure of the parallel constant power heating belt is that the resistance wire is connected in parallel, and the pipeline is heated by the resistance wire when working.

3. Different working principles
Series-type constant power heating belt: The series-type electric tracing belt is made of insulated copper stranded wire as the power bus, that is, the heating core wire. A core wire with a certain internal resistance will generate joule heat through the current core wire (Joule-Lenz law Q=0.241S2^; Rt), the size of which is proportional to the square of the current, the resistance of the core wire, and the passage time. Therefore, the series electric tracing zone emits heat continuously with the continuation of the power time, forming a continuous and uniform heating electric tracing zone. The core current of the series-connected electric heating belt is the same and the resistance is equal, so the whole electric tracing belt heats evenly from end to end, and its output power is constant and not affected by ambient temperature and pipeline temperature. Parallel constant power heating belt: two parallel nickel-copper stranded wires are covered in the fluoride insulation layer as the power supply bus, and the inner insulation layer is wrapped with nickel-chromium alloy heating wire, which is connected every fixed distance to form a continuous parallel resistance, when the power supply copper bus is powered on, the parallel resistance will heat up. That is, a continuous heating electric tropical zone is formed, which can be cut arbitrarily.
